HIF was created in 2006 as a Registered Indian Charitable Trust with the memories of Indian Freedom Fighter, Thiyagi Thiru. C. NAGAPPAN (INA). HIF is a Non – Profit and Charitable Organization. The Foundation has work to the mandate to promote Indian Rural Village development activities.
